## Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

## What shipping costs

Shipping is **free on orders of $99 or more** (after discounts). Under that, we charge the tracked shipping rate for your cart and address, and you see it at checkout before you pay. Canadian orders pay sales tax for the province they ship to; US orders aren’t charged tax.

## How long it takes

Everything is printed to order. Most orders leave in **2–5 business days**, then take **3–7 business days** in transit across Canada and the US. You get tracking by email the moment it ships, and every product page shows the arrival window for an order placed today.

## Wrong size or changed your mind

Within **30 days of delivery**, [start a return](https://gearupgetup.com/returns/start) and get **store credit for everything you paid for the items, plus 10%**. You keep the gear, so there’s nothing to post back. The credit never expires, and whatever an order doesn’t use stays on the code.

Prefer a refund? Post the items back unworn and unwashed at your own cost, and we refund what you paid for them (plus its tax) when they arrive. Shipping isn’t refunded.

## Misprinted, damaged or the wrong item

If something arrives misprinted, damaged, not what you ordered, or doesn’t arrive at all, [tell us here](https://gearupgetup.com/returns/start) or email us (the address is at the bottom of every page) within **30 days**. We’ll replace it free or refund you, and you don’t need to send it back.
