How long until my order ships?+
Everything is printed to order. Most orders leave in 2–5 business days, then 3–7 days in transit across Canada and the US. You get tracking by email the moment it ships.
How does team pricing work?+
Order 10 or more pieces of one design (any sizes, colours or garments) and every piece is 10% off; 15 or more is 15% off. It applies automatically in the cart. Add names and numbers on the back for each player from the Teams page.
What’s the kit discount?+
Get the same design on a tee, a hoodie and a hat and those three are 15% off together. It applies automatically.
How do sizes run?+
Tees and long sleeves are a retail (slimmer) unisex fit: size up for a relaxed fit. Hoodies and crewnecks are classic fit. Size charts are on every product page.
Can I return or exchange?+
Because every piece is made for you, we don’t take returns for change of mind. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or in the wrong size from what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace it free.
Do you do custom team designs?+
Yes. For leagues and teams of 20+, send a team request and we’ll design something for you.
